We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The soundproofed windows worked well, despite the pub opposite. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, and the living room space was good. We appreciated the proper curtains and the good water pressure in the shower. The location was excellent, with several tube stops just minutes away. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff.

This place is in a great location just a short walk from a unique theater and close to a charming pub, with nice amenities like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets provided.

The noise level was quite high, especially during the early morning hours. Being in a commercial district, there was constant noise from nearby pubs and delivery trucks.

The apartment we stayed in was recently renovated to a very high standard, making it feel brand new. The location of the apartment was excellent, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance.- One advantage we enjoyed was the complimentary breakfast pack upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise.

The staff availability was limited, with only one porter who was not always present. The area where the porter sat looked shabby and unprofessional, which could be improved.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely lovely, with elegant and comfortable furnishings that made me feel right at home. The general areas were meticulously maintained and offered a peaceful ambiance, perfect for senior people like myself who appreciate a serene environment. The accessibility of the hotel was excellent, with easy ramps and spacious elevators that made it convenient for senior travelers to navigate around the property.

I would have loved if the children working there were a bit more attentive and proactive in anticipating the needs of senior guests. Perhaps a little more assistance with luggage or offering extra support when needed would have made our vacation even more enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience at a centrally located apartment in London. Just a stone's throw away from the Mansion House underground station, we were able to easily navigate the city and reach all the major attractions in a matter of minutes. The apartment itself was immaculate and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a comfortable living space. The friendly and helpful staff ensured that we had a hassle-free stay, and any minor issues were quickly resolved. Although there were a few noises during the weekdays due to nearby bars, the area was peaceful by 10pm. I highly recommend this apartment for its unbeatable location and excellent service.
